Vintage Design
This incredible set of four dining chairs was designed by Arne Vodder, who was a leading light of what might be called the “second generation” of forward-thinking 20th-century Danish furniture designers. Known as the “Ella” chair, this model features an upholstered tilt back function that allows for hours of comfortable sitting. The sculpted teak frames offer a gorgeous silhouette from every angle.
Chairs have been re-upholstered in high quality Bouclé fabric which contains natural wool (made in Sweden). Frames have been completely cleared of old surface and refinished with an ecological high-quality lacquer finish. Each chair has a stamp that confirms the authenticity.
Also this chair is listed on the Design Museum Denmark website under No: RP00377.
