Vintage Design
Peter Draenert studied philosophy, art history, German and psychology at the University of Tübingen before turning to architecture and design.
Draenert became known primarily for his monumental tables, for which he preferred materials such as natural stone, glass or metal.
The coffee table 1022 is probably the first frameless table in furniture history. The runners are made of solid, high-gloss chrome-plated flat steel. It contains a 19mm thick crystal glass plate with a greenish tint.
Very good condition. A small chip in the glass plate.
