Vintage Design
Although their design is of Dutch origin, Dirk Van De Vries’ furniture was nevertheless mainly produced in Italy. The pure, minimalist lines highlight the beauty of the materials: light wood and wicker canework. We also appreciate the rounded and delicately designed furniture corners. This 60s cabinet reflects the Italian elegance and avant-garde of Dutch design. Timeless and endearing, this wardrobe is an original retro piece of furniture with undeniable decorative power.
The cabinet is old and dates from the 60s. Designed by Dutch designer Derk Van de Vries, the lines are minimalist and highlight the materials: solid wood and wicker canework. No lack of strand is noted. The whole thing is in very good condition. This model does not have a base, however it is possible to raise the structure. Key and lock are original. A rod is present in the box.
