Vintage Danish Freestanding Teak Desk with Floating Top, 1950s.
Scandinavian Mid-Century Modern teak writing desk. Unusual shape where the floating desk top rest on six solid teak pillars on the twin pedestal cabinets. Probably made in Denmark in the 1960s, but could also be from Finland.
Front with six drawers with eyelid pulls, two drawers with lock, key included. Back features two open bookcases and one bar cabinet with shelf. Standing on four rounded tapered legs in solid teak.
Good vintage condition with patina consistent with age and use, like scratches, dry cracks and minor unevenness on table top. Cleaned and refreshed with clear teak oil. Ready for use.
