Vintage Design
Rarer side table by Vitra after a draft of George Nelson from 1949. This copy is from the Vitra Reedition from 2001. The table has not been in production since 2004.
This rather unknown design classic convinces with its filigree construction. The fork-shaped foot easily wears the protruding table surface. The table surface is designed in form pierced wood. The edges are pulled up, which gives the table top the appearance of a tray. The table is adjustable in height and can be fixed over a wide knurled screw. The asymmetrical arrangement of the table foot is functional. This makes it possible to back the table close to sofa, bed or armchair.
