Mid 20th Century Vintage French Provincial Maple Bookmatched Top Side Table

Lovely French Provincial solid maple wood side / end /accent table with bookmatch top, cabriole legs and a single deep drawer. In excellent condition, the maple end table’s bookmatch top is stunning (all details in the bookmatch grain are original and unique to the grain and are not damage). Note: Chairish requires a dominant color be selected; while I chose chestnut as it was the best option given limited choices, the actual color is more of a light cherry tone (lighter than chestnut).

The table is being sold with its original pulls, shown in photos 1 and 3, but I put updated knobs on the table in photo 2, 4 and 10 to demonstrate that you can change/update the original pulls should you so desire (the knobs in photos 2, 4 and 10 are not part of the sale; the table is just being sold with its original pulls in photos 1 and 3).

The single drawer is deep and long, offering plenty of storage room. While the maker is unknown (see photo showing maker’s numbering), the solid maple table is well made, heavy and very sturdy.
