Vintage Design
Modular sofa model Tramonto a New York, made up of eight pieces between skyscrapers and sun. The padded skyscrapers act as seats and armrests and backrests and are covered in a fabric with a relief texture, which combines light with dark, recreating the effect of the light reflecting on the windows. In contrast, the sun, which acts as a large central backrest, remaining in contrast with a bright orange-red satin, disappears in the center between the buildings of the backrest. Produced by Cassina in 1984 in a limited series of 50 pieces and designed by Gaetano Pesce in those years, this sofa is an authentic masterpiece. Excellent condition, used very little.
