Vintage Design
A stunning 1970s four-bay Danish teak CADO shelving system designed by Paul Cadovius. These designer shelves are fully modular, allowing an infinite number of combinations and is easily assembled to the panels by dowels and wooden angle brackets.
Comprising of four teak backboards measuring over 8-foot tall, these backboards were designed to be cut down to fit the appropriate room height, and these offer easily enough height for most rooms. There are two matching glass fronted cabinets, each with two adjustable glass shelves. Two matching hinged cupboards each with a single wooden adjustable shelf. A two-drawer writing desk; a lockable drop down bar cabinet with mirror back and a white satin Mica laminate interior and drawer, plus six shelves and brackets, which simply hang on the backboards from dowels. This is a really stunning wall system in wonderful condition.
We have placed the cabinets, cupboards and shelves as they were dismantled in the home that they had lived in since new! You can see in the last image that the backboards have been sun faded over the years. There has also been a plug socket hole and switch cut out of the backboard on the fourth board, but the two door cupboard covers this. There is also a small hole drilled for a cable in the second board.
The set comprises of:
4 x Back boards: 257cm H x 80cm W x 2cm D
2 x Glass cabinets: 66cm H x 80cm W x 30cm D
2 x Cupboards: 52cm H x 80cm W x 46cm D

1 x Writing desk: 11cm H x 80cm W x 46cm D
