Cognac B3 leather and metal WASSILY style armchair, 1990s Faithful reproduction of the B3 Wassily armchair. Leather upholstery. Metal tubular structure. In good condition with signs of age. 1990s design. The Wassily armchair, designed by Marcel Breuer at the Bauhaus in 1925 and now produced by Knoll, marks the beginning of modern furniture design. The elaborately shaped tubular steel frame is combined with a leather covering that forms the seat and backrest. Breuer’s constructivist design radically reveals its statics and thus combines aesthetics and function in a uniquely innovative way.
