1950s freestanding cocktail bar by Umberto Mascagni Bologna Italy and imported to the UK produced by Barget Ltd. then sold by Harrod’s.
This Cocktail Bar is shaped like the bow of a cruise ship on three conical brass legs with portholes, an anchor, cabin windows and a faux mahogany deck.
The wooden support is covered in nautical “skai”, a textured vinyl and the trim is brass-colored aluminum strips.
Behind the bar are two open storage spaces painted white and divided by a horizontal shelf. There’s a bottle opener mounted on one side and neon lighting under the hood where you mix drinks.
