Charming middle bed, in the Empire taste, with structure entirely conceived in mahogany veneer.
It is built around four detached columns, each surmounted at their ends by a solid mahogany ball. Rich and refined bronzes trimmings, finely chiselled, embellish them in their high and intermediate parts.
This piece of furniture is composed of a headboard and a footboard with beautiful red/brown shades, topped with rollers. One will note the difference of height of these two elements, which makes of this almost bicentennial bed a good with the lines adapted to our contemporary rooms. In addition, we note that the dimensions of the frame allow for the installation of a slatted bed base of appropriate size, which can, upon request, be made by our workshop. It will remain to add a mattress of 120 cm x 180 cm, available in the trade.
The whole set rests on rectangular section legs, with casters, making it easy to move this resting furniture.
It should be mentioned that, if desired, a perfectly matching Empire period bedside table can be added to this bed.
It should be noted that this piece of furniture has benefited from a careful and precise carving work. The quality of the veneer, as well as the suitable dimensions are also real assets for this bed, which will enhance an already warm or romantic bedroom.
