1960s Restored Maurice Bailey for Monteverdi Young Armchairs – a Pair

We have for your consideration a very gorgeous pair of arm lounge chairs designed by Maurice Bailey for Monteverdi Young. Both chairs have been recently restored by a professional from top to bottom and from inside out. Meaning both frames have been gone thru and reglued no loose frames. So these are nice and sturdy and solid and sound. Both chairs have been refinished back to there beautiful warm walnut wood finish with a flat lacquer sheen finish. Both chairs also have been reupholstered by a professional along with brand new foam to add even more comfort to these gorgeous chairs. Fabric is in a baby blue nubbly wool with white threads and darker blue threads woven into the fabric. Gorgeous fabric that compliments these chairs perfect. The blue color brings out and compliments the warm walnut color quite nicely. Chairs are not signed and no maker tags are not present. These chairs are simply gorgeous and will compliment your mid century modern decor and grace your mid century modern home.
