Vintage Design
Vico Magistretti drew the lines, Artemide published it in Milan! This coffee table with clean organic lines is a great piece of Italian design! We find ourselves at the end of the 60s: white is making a comeback, the lines are minimalist, plastic and fiberglass allow for the craziest shapes. This white, fluid and organic coffee table is a worthy representative of the Space Age era, imbued with futurism, simplicity, minimalism… And it has not aged a bit, so much so that 60 years after its creation, it still bears witness to crazy modern!
The table is old and dates from the 60s. It is made of polyurethane resin reinforced with white lacquered fiberglass. Designed by Vico Magistretti, it was published by Artemide Milano, stamped on the reverse. This is the Demetrio 70 model (70cm side). It is in good condition. Some traces of use are visible in the photo.
