Inspired by the chest, one of the oldest forms of furniture that only evolved into range of cabinets and other storage furniture from the 17th century, Chest No. 2 was the second design created by Wouter Scheublin in 2008. Since then, he has designed a range of contemporary chests in different sizes and materials.Chest No. 2 is a finely-crafted piece ideal for interior storage. The large latches ask for interaction and highlight the beauty of its mechanics.
